Our photos are delivered as-is using rigorous quality control to meet industry best practices. All ordered options, photo counts, photo compositions, etc. must be confirmed with the photographer. We do not offer proofing, all images are completed in full, and because of the high amount of labor involved, we are not able to offer refunds or discounts on completed photos.
Photo completion turnaround: While we are often able to deliver next morning, occasional delays may occur. No refunds or discounts for delays of standard turnaround. Note: Sat. shoots completed by Mon. morning (to give our editors a day with their families on Sunday)
